Dr. Ragan is passionate about leader development, team development, change, and personal growth. He has been serving others his whole life, whether in remote corners of the world, community endeavors, or through 20+ years of local church ministry, where he currently serves as Executive Pastor of Strategic Initiatives at Trinity Church in Lubbock, TX and serves as an Adjunct Professor for Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. Previously, he served as Executive Pastor at The Life Church in San Angelo, TX, for 5 years, and as the Executive Pastor at Trinity Church in Lubbock, TX, for 10 years.
Partnered with experience, Dr. Ragan believes in education, both formal and personal development. He has received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Lubbock Christian University, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University. Dr. Ragan is a Certified Bates ExPI Coach/Facilitator, Certified StratOp Facilitator, Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Executive Leader.
Through Strategic Operations and Planning, Dr. Ragan has successfully led mergers, developed and implemented healthy growth initiatives, facilitated successful StratOp sessions, and has over 2,000+ documented coaching hours.
